すべてが本当にうまくいった。お店の場所もわかりやすかったし、商品もすべて戻ってきた。スタッフもとても親切でした。

Es ist alles super gelaufen. Der Laden war gut zu finden und wir haben unsere Sachen vollständig zurück bekommen. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr freundlich.

It's very easy to find. The luggages assurence was OK. The circonstenceies (WC, etc) must be renovated, seriously and ...urgentles (Toilet etc.)

素晴らしかった！airbnbで予約していた時間よりかなり早く東京に到着してしまったのですが、荷物を安全に簡単に預けることができました！スタッフはとても迅速で親切でした。

It was amazing! I arrived in Tokyo much earlier than my airbnb could have me and this was such a safe and easy way to store my luggage! The staff were very quick to help and friendly.

スタッフは素晴らしいサービスを提供してくれた。日暮里駅近くの荷物預かりは非常に便利。お店はステーションガーデンタワーの中にある。JRビルとステーションガーデンタワーの間にある2階の連絡通路を利用する。1階に降りる必要はない。この連絡通路は直接ビルの入り口に通じている。通路を進むと、すぐに荷物預かりショップがある。荷物預かりサービスも行っているアジア食材店だ。

The staff provided excellent service. The luggage storage near Nippori Station is extremely convenient. The shop is located in the Station Garden Tower building. To get there, use the connecting walkway on the 2nd floor between the JR building and the Station Garden Tower. There’s no need to go down to the 1st floor. This walkway leads directly to the entrance of the building. Once you’re on the walkway, you’ll immediately find the luggage storage shop—it’s an Asian food store that also offers luggage storage services.

場所はわかりやすかった。 QRコードをスキャンしてくれるかと思ったが、必要なかった。参考までに、荷物はロビーで預かってくれます。 2回利用しましたが、特に問題はありませんでした。

Location was easy to find. I was expecting them to scan my QR code but they didn’t need it. Just an FYI, they do keep the luggage in the lobby. We used this place twice with no issues.

本当にフレンドリーなスタッフで、ラジカルのアプリを使って荷物預かりのログを取ってくれませんでしたが、私は彼らを信頼していました。彼らは私のバッグを識別し、丸一日安全に保管してくれました。

Really friendly staff, though they didn't use the Radical App to log my luggage storage, I trusted them. They were able to identify and store my bag safely for the whole day.
