The opened 25mins late and we just were stuck standing outside. They do not have a working business number.

the idea of dropping your bag off to tour a city is just great and several companies offer this service radical storage has a good interface and decent amount of locations however I have used them three times and two of the three transactions had issues first one they canceled the order about 30 minutes before I was to drop off the bag for some reason the provider could not take a bag second time went perfectly with the store owner / provider being just the nicest guy ever third time was a bigger problem I dropped the bag off and the contract or app said I could pick it up by 630 however the store was closing at 2pm due to a holiday no big problem i texted radical storage and let the know the problem that I would come by the next day to pick up bag and expect that I will not be charged for a second day . back and forth it went finally they agreed and would contact store owner but they did not and moreover they did not release the bag in the app so the store owner could not release bag I text radical storage again no response . so its a great concept but they have be accountable for their mistakes in listing providers and hours. without a person overseeing customer service issues the app just operates and the customer is always going to be charged for the company's mistake just to get their bag back I dont think this company has a good handle on day to day operations and ensuring their customers come out well served .

Its was fast and perfect.
