We checked our luggage in at the Radical Storage location in the restaurant on Via del Falco. Everything went smoothly with the check-in, but we were disappointed to find all of the luggage stored together in one room in the basement, completely unsupervised. It would be easy for a customer to open someone’s else’s bag and steal the contents. When we returned to pick up our bags, the basement was being used by a singing group as a practice space. We did not feel good about leaving the bags there and would not use Radical Storage again unless we knew that customers and other patrons didn't have free, unsupervised access too all luggage stored there.

Very easy solution if you need to drop off your bags and explore Rome. Extremely nice people too.

Accueil chaleureux, seulement les bagages sont à descendre et c’est pas adapté pour des grands bagages…

The first time I used the service, everything was fine, with the next order (I recommended) - the cafe (where things were supposed to be stored) was closed

I will definitely be using Radical Storage again, I used it in two locations in Italy and both were with lovely hosts who I recommend.
