Storage insufficient

このホステルは、宿泊客用とそうでない客用の倉庫が混在している。私たちは冷凍食品を持っていたので、冷凍庫に保管できるか尋ねた。冷凍庫は宿泊客専用なのでダメだと言われた。お金を払う価値がないと感じました。また、チェックアウトのコードをスキャンしてくれなかったので、アプリでバッグを受け取っていないと表示され、差額を払うように言われました。おそらく、このホステルは二度と利用しないと思います。

Service ok, this one is at a hostel and they mix guest and online non-guest storages. We had some frozen items to take and asked if we could store in their freezer. They said no as the freezer is only for guest use. We felt like it wasn’t worth our money. Also, they didn’t scan our check out code, so the app says I haven’t picked up my bag and is asking to pay the difference. Probably wouldn’t use this hostel again.

Easy, fast and convenient

The experience with my location was easy and fast. They knew what was going on and it was extremely coinvented to leave my luggage at this location for the day until we could check into our accommodation.
