The service needs to be improved

I waited more than 30 minutes to open the door! I had to call international calls, spent extra money and time. As a result, it was still possible to leave the bag. I took it in the evening without a problem.

Я ждала больше 30 минут, чтоб мне открыли дверь! Пришлось звонить по международной связи, потратила дополнительные деньги и время. В итоге всё-таки получилось оставить сумку. Забрала вечером без проблем.

Address needed

Very needed service. The only problem we had that we didn’t know the address of the storage place before we pay. That wasn’t convenient. We came to check the place night before and find out that there was no room for storage. The luggage would be dropped in the hall. Until the manager of the hotel gave the keys from personal room to leave the luggage.

Good experience

Service is provided the front desk of a rental apartment. The desk is behind two set of locked door, so reasonably safe. However, the desk is not always staffed, so as someone else noted, any other guest could have walked off with the bag (unlikely). It also means they are not always there to answer the door. We waited for about 5 minutes in the sun, pressing the door bell every minute or so, before we were let in.
